PUBLIC HEARING CITY COUNCIL

The City Council of the City of Bullard will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, AUGUST 10, 2010, at Bullard City Hall, 114 South Phillips, Bullard, Texas, to consider a change in zoning from “R- 2” Two-Family Residential District to “C-2” General Commercial District all of current Lot Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 (Lot No. 5-A of a proposed Resubdivision), Block 14, Summerset Addition located at Emma Street and Summerset Court.

All persons with comments on this requested change are encouraged to attend the meeting or call Bullard City Hall at 903.894.7223. If you plan to attend this meeting and may need special assistance, please call the office of the City Secretary two (2) days prior to the meeting.
