Memorial services for David Wayne Howell Jr., 44, Chandler, were held Saturday at Hilltop Baptist Church with Bro. George Folmar officiating. Howell died Jan. 19, 2012, in Chandler.

He was born Oct. 31, 1967, in Tyler to David Wayne Howell Sr. and Martha Drew Howell. He was preceded in death by his father.

Services for Peggy Tillman, 75, New York, were held Tuesday, Jan. 31 at New York Baptist Church. Burial was held at Rose Hill Cemetery, Tyler, under direction of Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home, Athens.

Tillman died Jan. 28, 2012. She was born Oct. 4, 1936, to Leamon William and Glatha Marie Parks Dixon. She was preceded in death by sons Richard, Michael and Larry Voss.

Services for Doris Rea Weems Redwine Young, 82, of Ben Wheeler were held Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012, at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Bauman officiating. Interment followed in Concord Cemetery in Chandler.

Young was born July 10, 1929, in Borger to Walter and Clara Weems and passed away Jan. 30, 2012, in Tyler. She was a registered nurse since 1959, retiring in 1996.
