Great Year for Bears Youth Football/Cheer

In August 2006 the youth in the Brownsboro/Chandler area started gearing up for a great year. Kids ranging in ages from 5 to 12 started practicing for a football/ cheer season that held lots of Promise/Talent/Hope.

The League had an opportunity to join the tri-counties football organization, which had teams from Chapel Hill, Whitehouse, Troup and Daingerfield. Teams from the area made playoffs which were held in Jacksonville.

The organization had a very successful year, thanks to all the coaches, assistant coaches, team moms, and great parents.

On Monday, January 15, 2007 there will be a meeting at San Pedros' in Chandler at 6:30. The meeting will be held to discuss the 2007 football/cheer year, and to accept nominations for the board.
