Nancy Dobberthien

Nancy Lee Method Dobberthien, 64, Chandler, died Jan. 12, 2007 in a Tyler hospice. Arrangements are with Pelan Funeral Services, Tekamah, Neb.

Mrs. Dobberthien was born Oct. 20, 1942, in Omaha, Neb., to the late Gerald and Clara Mae Whitnack Method. She attended school in Omaha, Neb., and Willington, Calif., and graduated in 1960 from Banning High School. She then worked as a key punch operator prior to marriage. She was preceded in death by son, Darien Dobberthien, and infant brother, Truman Method.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Dobberthien, Chandler; daughter, Carrie Dobberthien, Chandler; sons, Scott and Jamie Dobberthien, both of California; brother, Jerry Method, Craig, Neb.; sisters, Susan Method, Fullerton, Calif., and Fran Strong, Tekamah, Neb.; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
