met February 1 at the home of Fay Blackwell whose program was Charming Accents with Rustic Arrangements. Included in the program were discussions and demonstrations about making feather flowers, covering lamp shades, and building arrangements around objects such as churches, windmills, and old cars. Members enjoyed touring her home, a showplace of rustic, western-style furnishings and special furnishings focusing on beautiful woods. Benita Carver led the group in singing "Zippity Doo-Dah," Don't Fence Me In," and "Happy Trails." Hostesses Lynda McQuaid and Benita Carver used a Valentine theme for refreshments. School supplies for Chandler Elementeary were brought as the group's February project.
