What A Lovely Spring Day!
One lovely Spring day in March, Penny the hen was talking to Honksly the goose about when they were going to lay their Spring batch of eggs. Soon, Nelly the duck was proudly strolling by for she had already laid and hatched her spring eggs, and sure enough there were five ducklings following her.
The moral of the story is "Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do today." by Texas Desselles, 9 years old
COOL AND FUNNY
I am cool and funny.
I wonder what I am going to wear to school;
I hear my mom telling me to get wake up;
I see leaves falling off the trees.
I want to be a model;
I am cool and funny.
I understand that I am very smart.
I say that I am not a blonde.
I dream about flowers growing.
I try to always be positive.
I hope that I can be good in anything I do.
I am cool and funny.
