Pascal Harris Funeral services for Pascal Harris were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2007 in the West Lake Baptist Church in Chandler with Rev. Eric Peyton and Rev. Bob Sexton officiating. Interment was at 3:00 p.m. in the Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas under the direction of Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home of Kemp. Mr. Harris was born April 19, 1922 in Arlington, Texas to the late Asa Osa and Mary Melissa (Durham) Harris and passed away February 28, 2007 in Chandler. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II and was a member of West Lake Baptist Church in Chandler. He also was a member of the Texas Baptist Men Retiree Builders, as a cabinet maker. He served as minister of music in several Baptist churches, most recently in the Dallas area. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen Harris in October of 1994, his son, Mark Harris in November of 2001, and by 6 brothers. Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Harris of Chandler; son, Mike Harris and his wife Debbie of Stanton; daughter, Teresa Runion and her husband John of Emory, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were his grandsons, Chad Harris, Will Harris, Michael Harris, Daniel Harris, Matthew Runion, Brian Davenport and Greg Reynolds. |
