KAPPA PI MEETING
Kappa Pi Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International met at the home of Nancy Rozell for their March 1 meeting. Master Gardner Andie Rathbone, of Flint, brought the program about plants which attract birds and butterflies and other gardening tips. She also shared the requirements, process, and tasks of becoming a Master Gardener. Benita Carver led the group in singing Bluebonnets of Texas, The Eyes of Texas, and When Irish Eyes are Smiling relating to the group's theme and the month of March. School supplies and Boxtops for Education were collected for Chandler Elementary School. Hostesses were Nancy Rozell and Nina Beth Stephens.
