Margaret (Peggy) Hedrick

Services for Mrs. Margaret (Peggy) Hedrick, 70, of Chandler, were held Friday, March 16 at 2:00 p.m., at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Ron Ivy officiating. Burial followed at Chandler Memorial Cemetery, under direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home, Chandler, Texas.

Mrs. Hedrick died March 13, 2007 in Hospice of East Texas, Tyler, Texas. She was born September 18, 1936 in McGrann, PA. She previously lived in Kilgore, Texas and in Chandler since 1972. She was a Baptist, and was retired from Red Acker's Restaurant.

Preceding her in death were her husband, James Hedrick, and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hooks.

Her survivors are sons, James Hedrick and Jonathan Ray Hedrick, both of Chandler; daughter, Deborah Clary of Chandler; brother, Clarence R. Hooks of Kilgore; sister, Shirley A. Hooks Kinsey, Kilgore; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Van Hedrick, Marvin Hedrick, Jerry Owens, James Ellis, Wayne Audas, and Chuck Schultz.
