Don and Carol Mayfield (Big Poppa & Sugar Pie) would like to joyfully announce and share their blessings of joy.

Twin precious granddaughters, Ruth Avery "Ruthie" and Mary Blair were born September 1 and were dedicated to the Lord in a special ceremony on February 11 at Fellowship Memphis Church in Memphis, TN.

Their bible verse for the day was Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 "Two are better than one, if one falls down, his friend can help him up."

Uncle Will and Aunt Courtney Mayfield of Dallas also attended the ceremony along with their maternal grandparents, Frank and Cheryl Cox of College Station.

Ruthie and Mary Blair recently visited and attended Brownsboro United Methodist Church along with their parents, Matt and Cristy Mayfield. Great grandparents are "Pa" Saint and "Nana" Nettie Jo McLean of Brownsboro and Pa Claridge Mayfield of Murchison. Maternal great grandparents are Billye Cox of College Station and Jay and Bobbie Zachry of Texarkana.
