West Lake Baptist News Young Adult Sunday School: We are thrilled to see the continued pattern of growth within our young adult departments. Week by week, WLBC continues to experience growth in this area as God continues sending singles, and wonderful young married couples our way. The New Singles Class, taught by Bruce and Cindy Fowler who formerly worked for Family Life Ministries, is off to an incredible, blessed start. The New Young Married Couples Class, (which provides a second class option for young married couples), started several months ago, and is led by Charlie and Sherrie Fuller. This class has been phenomenably blessed both numerically and spiritually. The young adults/couples class led by Don and Lisa Veatch continues to grow week by week as well. WLBC offers 22 different Sunday School Class options. Men's Ministry: God is continuing to bless WLBC with a core of young men who have an excitement and passion for reaching the men of our community for Christ. God is blessing the weekly Bible studies; two softball team options; and the breakfast times; and a leadership team continues to develop plans for future outreach opportunities. Easter Musical: "Thine is the Kingdom," will be presented by the WLBC Celebration Choir on Sunday, April 1st at 6:30 p.m. DiscipleShip University: We are seeing a great move of God as we enter the 3rd week of DU, with great attendance and enthusiasm. There are four class options for this spring semester. The 8-week video-assisted men's study entitled, "A Man and His Word," written by Adrian Rogers and facilitated by Clayton Nicolardi, discussed the area of being a "Godly Husband" this past week.
