Novis L. Robinson

Services for Novis Lewis Robinson, 91, Palestine, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at First Christian Church, Palestine, with the Rev. Dan Bubach officiating.

Graveside rites will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Athens, with the Rev. Joe Warren officiating under direction of Herrington/Land of Memory Funeral Home, Palestine.

Mrs. Robinson died March 21, 2007. She was born February 12, 1916, in Brownsboro to William Andy and Hattie Lewis. She lived in Henderson County and Palestine all her life. She was co-owner/operator of NuTrend Beauty Salon and was an active member of First Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Lawson D. Robinson, and brother, Berwin Lewis.

Survivors include a son, Bill Green, Houston; brother, Ardith Lewis, Tyler; sister, Ernestine Perry, Palestine; numerous cousins, great-nephews and great-nieces

Pallbearers will be Bill Green, Dennis Lee Lewis, Tracy Lee Lewis, Paul Herrington, Mickey Boykin, Ron Jenson, Steve Smith, Oscar Briones, Jim Wallace, Sean Yarborough, Mark Coleman and Todd Woods.

Honorary pallbearers are April Cunningham, Janet Marton, Toby Salazar, Aleck Bridwell, Rusty Simon, Neil Cainan and Richard Hurlburt.
