Bro. Darst has begun preaching a series of messages on forgiveness on Sunday mornings. His message Sunday outlined the foundation of forgiveness, the profile of forgiveness, the person of forgiveness, and the Provider of forgiveness. Come join us each Sunday at 10:45 to hear these inspiring and challenging messages.

We welcome the Beavers family as new members.

The "Sewing Seeds" group will meet Friday, April 20 at 1:00 p.m. at the church to make girls' sundresses to take on the mission trip to Acuna, June 6-10. Workers are needed to cut out dresses as well as sewing. Anyone interested in helping is welcome to join the group.

"Secret Sisters" will meet Monday, April 23 at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and exchanging prayer partner names.

A welcome to Chandler and Faith Baptist Church will be held honoring the Darst family on April 29 from 2:00-4:00 at Paul and Cathy Carver's home at 112 Walnut Street.

The annual Mother's Day Brunch will be held Saturday, May 5, from 11:00am- 1:00pm. This year's theme is "I Love Old Things." Ladies, mark your calendar and make plans to attend.

Andy Tucker was honored with a surprise 40th birthday party last week. Family and friends gathered to wish him the big "40."

The GAs and sponsors, Cathy Carver and Cindy Hines, attended GA camp Friday and Saturday at the Timberline Baptist Encampment.

Vacation Bible School is scheduled for July 8-12. Additional details will follow in subsequent newsletters.

Remember to contribute to the needs of the Hospitality House in Tennessee colony, our ministry of the month. Items are needed to assist relatives of the prisoners as they travel home. The Hospitality House is in need of cheese and crackers, peanut butter and crackers, peanuts, candy, cookies and other snack food.
