Bearettes wrap-up 2007 season at home
      With a 3-2 loss at home last Friday night against Bullard the Bearettes ended the 2007 softball season with an overall record of 9-13 and 2-8 in District 14-3A play. Prior to Friday's game Seniors Danica Edwards and Morgan McGill were honored with their parents on the field.

Bears lose to Canton & Bullard
      Everything appeared to be in the Bears favor last Friday night as they hosted the Bullard Panthers at Bear Field in Brownsboro. Bullard struck first scoring in the top of the third inning after reaching base on a walk of Brownsboro pitcher Ryan Epperson.
