Donald R. "Don" and Pauline Gordon

Memorial services for Mildred Pauline Morgan Gordon, 79, and Donald Robert "Don" Gordon, 80, Ben Wheeler, were held Thursday, April 19, at Flatwood Assembly of God Church with Pastor Mike Kirkpatrick officiating. Arrangements were by Hilliard Funeral Home, Van.

Mrs. Gordon died April 6, 2007 at her residence.

She was born August 1, 1927, in Dover, Tennessee to the late Dossie Matthew and Lillie May Mathis Morgan. She lived in Ben Wheeler for more than 40 years and was a homemaker, a Pentecostal and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mildred Elaine Bugg.

Mr. Gordon died April 8, 2007, in Dallas.

He was born May 13, 1926 in Platteville, Wisconsin, lived in Ben Wheeler for more than 40 years and retired from Trane. He was a Pentecostal, a member of the Masonic Lodge and a Shriner. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mildred Elaine Bugg, and brother, Harold Gordon.

Their survivors are granddaughter, Tonya McIntire, Whitehouse; and two great-granddaughters.
