READY FOR A WAGON RACE
Just for fun, teams representing area elementary schools participated in the wagon races during 22nd Annual Elder Dodge PRCA Stampede Rodeo Friday night at the Henderson County Fairplex in Athens. Teams from Brownsboro, Athens, and Malakoff elementaries competing in the wagon relay races were sponsored by Brownsboro and Chandler Feed and Seed Stores; Dr. Mark Roberts, DDS; Ken and Joyce Hayes; Loudamy Construction, and K & K Ranch. Pictured: Although the team from Brownsboro Elementary didn't win, these young ladies represented their school and community well with good sportsmanship.
