Hall receives several real estate awards

Coldwell Banker United of Tyler recently held its annual awards banquet at Willowbrook Country Club.
The company announced that Chandler resident, Ann Hall, received several yearend individual sales associate designation awards.
She was recognized as a member of the International Sterling Society for her level of total units closed, named a Senior Sales Associate for her level of commission income, and added to the Circle of Honor for having pending or closed sales each month of the year.
Mrs. Hall was also named a Platinum Member among top Quality Service Certified agents.
This designation is earned by agents that participate in additional training specific to quality service in the real estate industry, and commit to a higher standard of service, accountability and reliability. Their clients are surveyed at the conclusion of each transaction, and the designation is then awarded to those agents with the highest satisfaction rating.
Ann Hall has been in the real estate business for eight years. She started her career as owner of Blackmarr & Hall Real Estate Services in Chan- dler, and joined the Coldwell Banker United team 3 years ago.
Mrs. Hall is a member of the company's Leadership Council, and is a relocation specialist serving USAA, Cartus and Sirva clients.
She and her husband, Mark, and their three children have lived in Chandler for 12 years. She has served on the City Council for 6 years, and is currently serving as Mayor Pro Tem.
