Moore Station man arrested for drug possession A Moore Station man is out on bail following his arrest last Thursday evening for the manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. According to Henderson County Sheriff's Department Public Information Officer Lt. Pat McWilliams, on Thursday, May 3, the Henderson County Drug Enforcement Unit received information that Alexander Harmon a.k.a. Alexander Woods was in possession of a large quantity of crack cocaine and marijuana at his residence in the Moore Station community. Investigator Botie Hillhouse prepared and presented an affidavit to Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 Henry Ashford. Judge Ashford is- sued a narcotics search warrant for 6063 FM 315. The DEU, assisted by the Henderson County Tactical Team and Coffee City PD, executed the search warrant at approximately 5:00 p.m. Rhonda Harmon was alone at the residence when officers arrived. While officers searched the residence, Alexander Harmon, 39, arrived at the residence and was arrested, and charged with manufacture/delivery of controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Harmon was released Friday after posting bonds totaling $120,000 which were set by Judge Ashford. Rhonda Harmon was not arrested pending further investigation. |
