Eugenia Roach

Services for Eugenia Curtis Roach, 78, Edom, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Eubank Funeral Home chapel, Canton, with Brother Dwain Tedford officiating.

Burial was in Haven of Memories Park, Canton.

Mrs. Roach died May 5, 2007, at her residence. She was born July 20, 1928, in Emery, Arkansas, to the late Elvin Conway and Golda Ester Harris Curtis.

She lived in Dallas for several years until 1989 when she moved to Edom where she owned and operated Roach's Fabric Shop. She was a member of Assembly of God, and was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, D.E. Roach; two brothers and one sister.

Survivors include sons, Calvin Roach and David Roach, both of Edom; daughter, Teresa Staples, Flint; sister, Delena Willis, Granbury; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
