Brownsboro Little Dribbler Boys finish third at Nationals

Congratulations to the Boys Little Dribbler Junior Division team as they traveled to Brownfield, TX (outside Lubbock TX) and competed in the National Little Dribbler Tournament April 24-28, 2007.

Sixteen teams competed in the American division from locations all across Texas.

The boys utilized many individual talents, skills and countless practice hours to make it to the last day of tournament competition.

Playing as a "team" paid off for these boys as referees noted them to be one of the best defensive teams in the tournament. Game Stats:

The team made up of Garrison Byus, Ryan Wellman, Issac Ridgle, Landon Mason, Will Bailey, Chris Givens, Tamrick Pace, Steven Thompson, Clay McCoy, Colby Scott, DeAntae Taylor, Logan Compton, Coach Randy McCoy, Coach Keith Bailey, and Coach Mark Compton showed West Texas what a team dedicated to play with heart looks like.

These boys will take with them the memories of the games played, many laughs from the pool, the fun from the restaurants, but will also carry with them memories of friendships formed, character opportunities and basketball footage that will last them a lifetime.
