Friday was such a good day, not only because I had the weekend off, but we had a wonderful flower show, hosted by Missionary Ricky. He set up everything with the community. Our judges were, Connie Strawn, Karen South, Sheila Jackson, Rose Daniels, and Mrs. David Ferrell.

First place went to Sister's Gift Box; 2nd place to Pam Gabril; 3rd place went to Emmer Hadnot; and 4th place to Mona Winn. We appreciate each and every one for making this a really good time for our residents.

The sponsors were, Tamekia Hasley - Hasley's Safari Salon, Pops Fried Chicken, Brookshires of Chandler, Sisters Gift Box, Mrs. Gabriel, Mrs. Yale, Pam and Mary Birdsong Gabriel of Dogiva's Chocolate, Ramona Winn, Edna Douglas, Emmer Hadnot, Mr. Patrick Hadnot, Manager of Best Buy, and Larry and Melanie of Heritage Insurance.

A special thank you to Rev. Alvin Butler, who started our week off with prayer, and Pastor Micheaux.
