H.E.A.T. Foundation says, "Thanks!"

A great big thank you to those who helped make the First Annual Summer H.E.A.T. Boys' baseball tournament a success.

The H.E.A.T. (Help End And Treat) Foundation is a subsidiary of the BMC Baseball League, host of the tournament.

Tournament director, Michelle Costlow said $3,200 was raised for the foundation formed to aid juveniles with childhood illness.

Teams from Van, Whitehouse and the BMC League in the Sr. Midget and Freshman divisions participated in the tournament.

Costlow said she would like to thank everyone involved.

"This tournament would never have been the success it was without all these people," she said.
