      Services for Lt. Col. William F. Rozell, Jr., 82 of Tyler, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Stewart Family Funeral Home, Tyler, with the Rev. Dennis Newburn officiating. Burial was in Tyler Memorial Park. Col. Rozell died June 17, 2007, in a Tyler hospice.
