We are continually blessed with good singing and preaching in our worship services, and are glad to have so many guests in our services.

Misty Bridges recently returned from a mission trip to Acuna, Mexico, and presented a video presentation showing the work of the mission team in our morning worship service.

Over 40 individuals from Faith Baptist, West Lake Baptist, and the United Methodist Church chartered a bus from Chuck's Travel Service and attended a production of "America the Beautiful 2007" at the Granbury Opera House last Thursday. The entire musical was great, but the highlight of the musical was "Amazing Grace." Included in the musical were songs such as Battle Hymn of the Republic, God Bless America, America the Beautiful, and God Bless the USA, as well as many others. The group enjoyed lunch at the Merry Heart Tea Room, shopping, and dinner at Luby's on the way home.

Contributions from the Youth baked potato fundraiser amounted to approximately $1,500. Proceeds will be used for Youth camp expenses. The Youth will be traveling to Glorietta, NM in July. Donations of bottled water, snacks, juice, and canned drinks are needed. Everyone's support is appreciated. Continue to also support them with prayer.

Vacation Bible School is just a week away. Mark your calendars and bring your children. VBS will be held July 8-12 from 6:00-8:45 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, with a meal served each night. The van will be running for those who need transportation.

Our ministry for the month of July is the "Trinity Valley Community College Ministries. "

The adult game night will be held Friday night, July 6. Bring a potluck and join in the fun at 6:00 p.m.

We invite all those who do not have a church home and who would like to be part of a loving church family to join us in our weekly worship services and activities.

Sundays - 9:45 a.m. Bible Study; 10:45 a.m., Morning Worship; 5:30 p.m. Adult Choir practice; 6:00 p.m. Evening Worship.

Wednesdays - 5:00-6:00 p.m. Fellowship meal; 6:00 p.m. Youth Bible study; 6:15 p.m. Adult Bible study/prayer meeting.

Thursdays - 7:00 a.m. Men's Prayer Breakfast and Bible Study; and 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 10:45 a.m., Women's Bible Study.
