AFTER THE STORM -- East Texas has experienced a deluge of rainfall since the beginning of the year with no sign of letting up. The upside is, of course, enjoying the lush, green grass and trees complimented by vivid, colorful wildflowers, and rainbows. As the wet weather pattern continues, the National Weather Forecast predicts for Thursday, a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, with some storms producing heavy rain. The chance of showers and thunderstorms continues into the weekend, but weakens by Sunday.
