Geraldine Williams

Services for Geraldine P. Williams, Frisco, formerly of Lake Palestine, were held Saturday at West Lake Baptist Church of Chandler.

Burial was in Evergreen Memorial Park, Tyler, under direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Williams died June 26, 2007, in a Frisco nursing home.

She was born Nov. 30, 1931, in Coahoma and attended Abilene schools and McMurry University. She had been a traffic manager and lived in the Lake Palestine area from 1985 until she moved to Frisco. She was a member of West Lake Baptist Church of Chandler, where she was a member of The Singin' Saints, Knights of Pythias and Sunrise Shores Women's Organization.

Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Robert C. "Bob" Williams, Frisco; sons, Bubba Fiveash and John Fiveash, both of Carrollton, Chris Williams, Mt. Pleasant, Rick Williams, Midlothian, and Rob Williams, Winston, Mo.; daughter, Jandra Wright, Frisco; brother, Joel Phillips, Chickasaw, Okla.; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers are The Singing' Saints.
