Letter To The Editor

I would just like for everyone to know we still have some great people living in the Brownsboro area.

I found this out again last Saturday. I went over to the Adams Peach Farm and picked a few peaches. As we were putting them in the car, I laid my wallet on the back of the turtle hull. I forgot to get it before I drove off.

I drove all the way to my residence and did not realize I had lost my wallet. When I picked up my purse, I knew immediately what I had done.

I rushed to the telephone to get someone to go with me to search for it. My message machine was flashing. It was my two Guardian Angels, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel K. Neel. They had found it on FM 607 in the middle of the road.

They gave me instructions how to get to their house and pick it up, which I did. They wouldn't take any pay, but it was so good to meet such a nice couple.
