Texas Tech student receives RN-BSN degree

Texas Tech University presented degrees to approximately 2,525 graduated students in the Spring 2007 Commencement in the United Spirit Arena on campus on Saturday, May 12, 2007, and approximately 5,270 students qualified for either the President's List or the Dean's List in the Spring semester.

To make the President's List, a student has to take at least 12 qualifying credit hours and have a 4.0 grade point average (GPA). Students qualifying for the Dean's List also must take t least 12 qualifying hours and have a GPA of 3.5 to 3.9.

A student from Chandler, Roy Kent Vandergriff, senior, majoring in Nursing, was on the Dean's List receiving an RN- BSN degree.
