New CBACC Member
Balloons with a Twist, owned by David and Julie McCullough, is the newest member of the Chandler-Brownsboro Area Chamber of Commerce. The McCullough's have lived in Chandler for 18 years and recently opened a new store in Tyler at 2316B, ESE Loop 323 across from Green Acres Bowling Alley. They have expanded from offering balloon decor and entertainment to Celebrations with a Twist. Now offering a full-service florist, gourmet popcorn and a fudge shop.
