A LETTER TO PAPA

Well, you're taking your vacation in Heaven;
What a wonderful time that must be,
To be with your loved ones in Heaven,
No more pain. Now you are free.
On your vacation in Heaven,
All your burdens are finally laid down.
You traded your sorrow and pain;
Now you are wearing a crown.
Tell everyone in Heaven that I love them,
And to GOD, I'll always be true.
Then someday when my life is over,
I'll come spend my vacation with you.
In memory of Papa

MY PRAYER

Oh! Dear Lord,
Bless my soul.
Reach out your hand
And make me whole.
I am your child;
You told me so,
And you have given me
Blessings untold.
Someday I'll see you
Face to face;
And all my problems
You will erase.
Until that day comes,
I have a lot to do --
Telling the whole world
About you.

EXCLUDED

Excluded, no one is, not from life, in life all are included.
Faith in life always assumes that you are abiding
in that life. Why would anyone not want to be in
that life? Please remember this -- always have this freshness
in your soul, life carries no invoice. All that is
owed by us in life is to give its gift away. Life has only
one gift. Love's fulfillment. Lovely isn't it? This Life,
however must be received by faith. It's your choice,
choose Life in Christ Jesus. This is your life! Receive
it now! And more abundantly.

A SONGWRITER TO A SNOOK

I was a songwriter -- proud,
From the critics got a nod.
I decided I would write a book.
I sent it to a publisher; it came back.
I called and asked "Why?" They replied,
"Forget it, Bud, what you wrote makes you a snook."
