Esther Eve Spell

Graveside services for Esther Eve Spell, 91, Brownsboro, Texas, were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007 at Chandler Memorial Cemetery, with the Revs. Pancras S. Muthu and Dwain Tedford officiating, under direction of.Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Spell died Sept. 6, 2007 in a Tyler nursing home. She was born March 26, 1916 in Loreauville, La.

Mrs. Spell had lived in the Chandler/Brownsboro area since 1999 and was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and was a homemaker.

She was predeceased by her husband, Percy L. Spell; parents, Bertin and Irma Borel; and brother, Homer Otis Borel.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Huff, Brownsboro; sisters, Marie Smith, Baton Rouge, La.; Margaret Elliott, Indiana; and Irma Kellim, Lafayette, La.; 2 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
