Hello from Martin Springs Bptist Church. Hope your week went well.

The message from Bro. Kuhns was from Matthew 28. If you were not there to hear it, hope you were somewhere listening to God's Word. We had 86 in church Sunday.

The wedding shower for Elana and Ryan was fantastic! They received a lot of gifts and had many family and there. They really loved and appreciated everyone and everything.

Remember that Sept. 30 is our Youth Sunday. Our youth director will be doiing the sermon. He is a very dedicated young man of God. Make plans to come hear him.

We had five members from our church to go to a conference in Arlington this week. It was a Baptist Mission Conference. They will bring back information for us to hear. They were Vicki Staggs, Ruth Smiley, Billie Strickland and Bro. and Mrs. David Tidmore.

Our birthday people this week were Otis Parmer, Arthur Bass, Cheyenne Bynum and Crystal Doty. Many more happy returns.

The ladies from church ate at Gilberts El Charro last Wednesday. We were celebrating Sybil Rast and Betty Vick's birthdays.

Casi Tidmore and sons were here from McKinney to visit Bro. and Mrs. David Tidmore, and for the wedding shower of Elana and Ryan.

Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Brown had their grandsons of Tyler visiting this weekend. Aren't grandchildren lovely?
