As a daily commuter it appears that some Chandler, Brownsboro drivers have forgotten some simple rules of the road.

#1 - If you are in the left-hand lane (fast lane going way under the speed limit) as traffic is backing up, look in the rear view mirror and move over to the slow lane out of courtesy for others going the speed limit. You should stay in the slow right-hand lane if you are going slower than the speed limit, as a rule.

#2 - If you are on a tractor or farm equipment going 10 miles an hour, pull over if you see traffic backing up for miles, to let traffic move on.
