District Attorney reports court activity

District Attorney, Donna R. Bennett, reports the following Court activity for the weeks of August 27, 2007 through September 7, 2007.

* Sheila Ann Bowman, 44, of Larue, pled guilty to a plea on information for the Class A Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass. The Court assessed punishment at three hundred sixtyfive (365) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail probated one (1) year, $500 fine, court costs, attorney fees, AA/ NA, urinalysis, 80 hours community service, obtain GED, $50 to local Crime Stoppers and attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment.

* James Cameron Martin, 24, of Mabank, pled guilty to a plea on information for the State Jail felony offense of Credit Card Abuse. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years deferred adjudication probation, $750 fine, court costs, attorney fees, urinalysis, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, attend Drug Offender class and attend in-patient treatment.

* Jason Deshun Norris, 26, of Gun Barrel, pled guilty to the third degree felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs, attorney fees and considered 2 unindicted cases.

* Kristopher Ray Bartlett, 20, of Humble, pled guilty to the Class A Misdemeanor offense of Cruelty to Animals. The Court assessed punishment at seventy-five (75) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs, attorney fees, considered unindicted case.

* James Fredrick Henry, 33, of Fort Worth, pled guilty to the State Jail felony punished as a Class A Misdemeanor offense of Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements. The Court assessed punishment at ninety (90) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail and court costs.

* Christopher Wayne Robinson, 19, of Hooks, pled true to 4 counts in the State's Motion to Revoke for the second degree felony offense of Burglary of Habitation. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years confinement in the Texas Department of Crminal Justice, Institutional Division, previous court costs, previous and new attorney fees.

* Eric Darrell Jackson, 32, of Malakoff, pled guilty to the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Evading Arrest. The Court assessed punishment at thirty (30) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail and court costs.

* Adriana Crystal Jones, 32, of Kaufman, pled true to counts 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, contained in the State's Motion to Revoke Community Supervision, the State Abandoned counts 1, 3, 6. The Court assessed punishment at eight (8) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, previous fine, court costs, and new court costs.

* Kenneth Don Ellison, 39, of Hawkins, pled true to counts 1,3,4,7,8, contained in the State's Motion to Proceed with Adjudication of Guilty, the State Abandoned counts 2,5,6,9. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, previous fine, court costs, and new court costs.

* Sherdell Shelton, 18, of Murchison, pled true to counts 1-7 contained in the State's Motion to Revoke Community Supervision. The Court assessed punishment at one hundred twenty (120) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, previous court costs, attorney fees, restitution and new court costs and attorney fees.

* Amanda Michelle Mooney, 27, of Tyler pled guilty to a state jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, probated three (3) years, $500.00 fine, court costs, attorney fees, $140.00 restitution, AA/NA, urinalysis, 180 days drivers license suspension, 150 hours community service, obtain a GED, $50 to local Crime Stopper Program, substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, attend the drug offender education program, be on the substance abuse caseload, attend parenting classes.

* Jerry Oneal Paris, 45, of Athens, pled guilty to a third degree felony offense of Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility. The Court assessed punishment at three (3) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs, attorney fees, $140.00 restitution.

* Kirk Douglas Hunter, 20, of Eustace, pled true to counts 1-9 contained in the State's Motion to Revoke. The Court Assessed punishment at four (4) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, previous fine, court costs, attorney fees, restitution and new court costs and attorney fees.

* Tommy Glenn Dykes, Jr., 35, of Chandler, pled guilty to the third degree felony offense of Theft Over $20,000. The Court assessed punishment at ten (10) years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, court costs, AA/NA, urinalysis, 250 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with co-defendants, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend Theft Management and attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment.

* David Elisha Bone, Jr., 34, of Athens, pled guilty to the State Jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, court costs, attorney fees, restitution, AA/ NA, urinalysis, 240 hours community service, obtain GED, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment and attend drug offender class.

* Matthew Cameron Holloway, 37, of Athens, pled guilty to the State Jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, court costs, restitution, AA/NA, urinalysis, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with co-defendants, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment and attend drug offender class.

* Adam Casey Flores, 19, of Kemp, pled guilty to the State Jail felony offense of Theft Over $1,500. The Court assessed punishment at three (3) years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, court costs, restitution, AA/NA, urinalysis, 250 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with victim, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend Theft Management, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment and attend Youthful Offender Program.

*Kelly Renee Vanderlinden, 40, of Trinidad, pled guilty to the second-degree felony offense of Burglary of Habitation. The Court assessed punishment at eight (8) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division probated eight (8) years, court costs, attorney fees, restitution, AA/NA, urinalysis, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, $50 to locl Crime Stoppers, attend Theft Management, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment and attend substance abuse caseload.

* Jason Ray Peters, 23, of Brownsboro, pled true to 5 counts in the State's Motion to Revoke for the State Jail felony offense of Evading Arrest. The Court assessed punishment at nine (9) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division and previous court costs. The Court assessed punishment at one hundred twenty (120) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs and attorney fees.

* Cody Russell Wilcox, 21, of Athens, pled guilty to two State Jail felony offenses of Endangering a Child. The Court assessed punishment in each at two (2) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division probated five (5) years, $1,000 fine, AA/NA, urinalysis, 350 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with victim or victim family, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend Anger Management, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, considered 2 indicted cases and these are to run concurrently.

* Dale Ray Hinds, 35, of Kemp, pled guilty to the third degree felony offense of Forgery by Passing with Two Prior State Jails. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs, attorney fees, restitution and considered 3 indicted cases.

*Benjamin Clifford Millican III, 52, of Wills Point, pled guilty to the State Jail felony offense of Theft Over $1,500. The Court assessed punishment at twelve (12) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, court costs, attorney fees, and restitution.

* Monica Cano AKA, True Name: Vanessa Penor, 20, of Marshall, pled guilty to the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Theft. The Court assessed punishment at one hundred thirty five (135) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs, and attorney fees.

* Bricky Joe Anderson, 39, of Mabank, pled guilty to the State Jail felony punished as a Class A Misdemeanor offense of Evading Arrest. The Court assessed punishment at two hundred sixty five (265) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs, attorney fees and considered 1 unindicted case.

* Justin Stewart, 17, of Malakoff, pled guilty to a plea on information for the State Jail felony offense of Burglary of Building. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years deferred adjudication probation, court costs, attorney fees, restitution, AA/NA, urinalysis, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with the victim, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, and attend Youthful Offender Program.

* Randy Lee Brannon, 41, of Mabank, pled guilty to the second degree felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. The Court assessed punishment at ten (10) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs and attorney fees. He also pled guilty to the third degree felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon. The Court assessed punishment at ten (10) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs and considered 1 unindicted case. These cases are to run concurrently.

* Henry Lawrence Finch, 45, of Athens, pled true to 10 counts in the State's Motion to Proceed for the State Jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division probated four (4) years, previous fine, previous court costs, previous and new attorney fees, AA/NA, urinalysis, 200 hours community service, obtain GED, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, SASSI and attend drug offender class.

* Allen Paul Templeton, 66, of Athens, pled guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor offense of Terroristic Threat. The Court assessed punishment at three hundred seven (307) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs and attorney fees.

* Stacy Drew Collins, 35, of Larue, pled guilty to the second degree felony offense of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. The Court assessed punishment at seven (7) years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, court costs, attorney fees, AA?NA, urinalysis, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with victim, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, attend deviant sex counseling and follow all conditions related to Sex Offender caseload, $50 to Child Advocacy Center and register as a sex offender.

* Gary Wayne Dafft, 44, of Chandler, pled guilty to the first-degree felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. The Court assessed punishment at thirty (30) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs, attorney fees and considered indicted case.

* Beverly Renee Conditt, 35, of Athens, pled no contest to the second-degree felony offense of Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, court costs, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with victim or victim's family, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend deviant sex counseling and follow all conditions related to the Sex Offender caseload, $50 to Child Advocacy Center, resign from teaching and relinquish teaching certificate and register as a sex offender while on probation.

* Deric Larell Jackson, 31, of Malakoff, pled guilty to 2 State Jail felony offenses of Delivery of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment in each one at twenty (20) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, court costs, restitution, attorney fees and considered 2 misdemeanor cases. These cases are to run concurrently.

* Patrick Dewayne Davis, 26, of Athens, pled guilty to the third degree felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at eight (8) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutinal Division probated five (5) years, $750 fine, court costs, restitution, AA/NA, urinalysis, 300 days drivers license suspension, 400 hours community service, obtain GED, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, attend drug offender class, considered 1 indicted case and 2 misdemeanor cases.

* Robert Ray Kimball, 38, of Mabank, pled true to 4 counts in the State's Motion to Revoke for the State Jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at six (6) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, previous fine, previous court costs, previous restitution, previous and new attorney fees.

* Jeremy Allan French, 23, of Malakoff, pled guilty to the State Jail felony offense of Possession of Contolled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, court costs, attorney fees, restitution, AA/NA meetings, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, obtain GED, 240 hours community service, complete substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment.

* Shane Everett Savage, 33, of Whitehouse, pled guilty to a second degree Class A Trespass Habituation. The Court assessed punishment at one (1) year probated for one (1) year, $0 fine, attorney fees, court costs, $50 Crime Stoppers, urinalysis, obtain GED, attend Theft Management class, 150 hours community service and complete substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment.

* Daniell Nicole Howell, 20, of Eustace, pled guilty to the State Jail felony offense for Theft Over $1500. The Court assessed punishment at six (6) years deferred adjudication probation, $750 fine, court costs, $50 to Crime Stoppers, urinalysis testing, attend Theft Management class, 300 hours community servide and complete substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment.

* Ricki Lin Thornton, 48, of Lufkin, pled guilty to third degree felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated. The Court assessed punishment at ten (10) years Community Supervision probated for eight (8) years, ten (10) days in Henderson County Jail, $1500 fine, attorney fees, court costs, $50 Crime Stoppers Program, urinalysis, obtain GED, 365 days driver's license suspension, 300 hours community service, attend Victim Impact Panel, repeat Offenders Program and complete Substance Abuse Evaluation.

* Brian Allen Walters, 31, of Athens, pled guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at three (3) years Deferred Adjudication probation, $750 fine, attorney fees, court costs, A/A or N/A meetings, $50 Crime Stoppers, urinalysis testing, obtain GED, 280 hours community service, restitution and complete substance abuse evaluation.

* Brian Gorden Lewis, 41, of Athens, pled to third degree felony offense of Assault Family Ciolence/Prior. The Court assessed punishment at ten (10) years Deferred Adjudication Probation, $750 fine, attorney fees, court costs, $50 Crime Stoppers, urinalysis testing, attend Anger Management class, 300 hours community service, complete substance abuse evaluation, and do not have contact with the victim.

* Jeffrey Wayne Wollard, 25, of Canton, pled guilty to a third degree felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon. The court assessed punishment at three (3) years in the Texas Departmentof Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, court costs and attorney fees.

* Freddie James Osmer, 29, of Austin, pled guilty to a State Jail Felony offense of Credit Card Abuse/Habitual. The Court assessed punishment at eighteen (18) months confinement inn the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, attorney fees and court costs.

* Michael Andrew McFarlin, 20, of Chandler, pled true to seven counts in the State's Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, previous fines, court costs, attorney fees, restitution and new attorney fees.

* Christopher David McPherson, 37, of Tyler, pled true to all counts contained in the State's Motion to Proceed Community Supervision for Deadly Conduct. The Court assessed punishment thirty-six days in the Henderson County Jail, ten (10) years probated four (4) years, fine, attorney fees, court costs, $50 Crime Stoppers, obtain GED, restitution, attend Anger Management class, and 160 hours community service.

* Angela Theon Thompson, 37, of Malakoff pled guilty to a State Jail Felony offense to Theft with Two Prior Theft Convictions. The Court assessed punishment at forty-five (45) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, attorney fees and court costs.

* Theodore Lee Thomas, 40, of Athens, pled true to all counts contained in a state's motion to revoke community supervision of Driving while Intoxicated. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, previous fines, court costs, attorney fees and new attorney fees.

* Cynthia Joyce Warrington, 28, of Van, pled true counts 1 and 5 in a state's motion to revoke community supervision for Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at eight (8) months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, previous fines, court costs, attorney fees and restitution.

* Tracy Dawn Gill, 30, of Athens, pled guilty to a seconddegree felony offense of Improper Relationship between Educator and Student. The Court assessed punishment at ten (10) years Deferred AdjudicationProbation, fines, attorney fees, court costs, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, urinalysis testing, obtain GED, complete substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, 300 hours community service and do not have contact with victim.

* Jason Dale Neal, 26, of Longview, pled guilty to a second degree felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, fine, court costs and attorney fees.

* Michael Tyronne Boggas, 34, of Trinidad, pled guilty to a State Jail felony offense of Evading Arrest. The Court assessed punichment at seven (7) months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, attorney fees and court costs.

* William Edward Johnson, Jr., 38 of Gun Barrel City, pled guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years Deferred Adjudication Probation, attorney fees, court costs, restitution, A/A or N/A meetings, $50 Crime Stoppers, urinalysis testing, obtain GED, attend Drug Offenders program and complete substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment.

* Robert Harold Williams, Jr., 39, of Athens, pled guilty to a state jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at seven (7) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, attorney fees, court costs and restitution.

* William Maxey Faires, 36, of Mabank, pled guilty to a state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building. The Court assessed punishment as Class A Misdemeanor with one (1) day confinement in Henderson County Jail, attorney fees and court costs.

* Garry Lynn Minifee, 46, of Athens, pled gulty to a firstdegree felony offense of Delivery of controlled Substance/ Repeat. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs and restitution.

* Sheila Renee Jobe, 32, of Malakoff, pled guilty to a second degree felony offense of Burglary of Habitation. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years in Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, attorney fees, court costs and restitution.

* Christopher Morris Bowman, 29, of Athens, pled guilty to a state jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at ten (10) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, court costs, attorney fees and $140.00 restitution.

* James Brandon Springer, 29, of Hubbard, pled guilty to a state Jail Felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, probated four (4) years, $1,000 fine, court costs, $140 restitution, AA/NA, urinalysis, 240 hours community service, obtain a GED, $50 to local Crime Stopper Program, substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, attend drug offender education program, substance abuse caseload.

* Donna Sue Duranleau, 43, of Bertram, pled guilty to a first-degree felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs, attorney fees, and $140 restitution.

* Hallet Edward Johnson, 52, of Gun Barrel City, pled guilty to a state jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at eight (8) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, court costs, attorney fees, and $280 restitution.

* Patricia Marie Bowman, 45, of Athens, pled true to counts 3-4, State Abandoned counts 1-2. * Enrique Cisnoros, Jr., 29, of Frankston, pled guilty to a state jail felony offense of Possession of Marijuana, punish as a Class A Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana. The Court assessed punishment at One Hundred Eighty (180) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs, attorney fees, and $140 restitution.

* Jason Cory Prox, 29, of Gun Barrel City, pled true to counts 1-8 and 10-13, the State Abandoned count 9. The Court assessed punishment at two (2) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, previous fine, court costs, attorney fees, restitution, new court costs and new attorney fees.
