District Attorney reports court activity District Attorney, Donna R. Bennett, reports the following Court activity for the weeks of August 27, 2007 through September 7, 2007. * Sheila Ann Bowman, 44, of Larue, pled guilty to a plea on information for the Class A Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass. The Court assessed punishment at three hundred sixtyfive (365) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail probated one (1) year, $500 fine, court costs, attorney fees, AA/ NA, urinalysis, 80 hours community service, obtain GED, $50 to local Crime Stoppers and attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment. * James Cameron Martin, 24, of Mabank, pled guilty to a plea on information for the State Jail felony offense of Credit Card Abuse. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years deferred adjudication probation, $750 fine, court costs, attorney fees, urinalysis, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, attend Drug Offender class and attend in-patient treatment. * Jason Deshun Norris, 26, of Gun Barrel, pled guilty to the third degree felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs, attorney fees and considered 2 unindicted cases. * Kristopher Ray Bartlett, 20, of Humble, pled guilty to the Class A Misdemeanor offense of Cruelty to Animals. The Court assessed punishment at seventy-five (75) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs, attorney fees, considered unindicted case. * James Fredrick Henry, 33, of Fort Worth, pled guilty to the State Jail felony punished as a Class A Misdemeanor offense of Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements. The Court assessed punishment at ninety (90) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail and court costs. * Christopher Wayne Robinson, 19, of Hooks, pled true to 4 counts in the State's Motion to Revoke for the second degree felony offense of Burglary of Habitation. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years confinement in the Texas Department of Crminal Justice, Institutional Division, previous court costs, previous and new attorney fees. * Eric Darrell Jackson, 32, of Malakoff, pled guilty to the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Evading Arrest. The Court assessed punishment at thirty (30) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail and court costs. * Adriana Crystal Jones, 32, of Kaufman, pled true to counts 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, contained in the State's Motion to Revoke Community Supervision, the State Abandoned counts 1, 3, 6. The Court assessed punishment at four (4) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs, attorney fees, restitution and considered 3 indicted cases. *Benjamin Clifford Millican III, 52, of Wills Point, pled guilty to the State Jail felony offense of Theft Over $1,500. The Court assessed punishment at twelve (12) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, court costs, attorney fees, and restitution. * Monica Cano AKA, True Name: Vanessa Penor, 20, of Marshall, pled guilty to the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Theft. The Court assessed punishment at one hundred thirty five (135) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs, and attorney fees. * Bricky Joe Anderson, 39, of Mabank, pled guilty to the State Jail felony punished as a Class A Misdemeanor offense of Evading Arrest. The Court assessed punishment at two hundred sixty five (265) days confinement in the Henderson County Jail, court costs, attorney fees and considered 1 unindicted case. * Justin Stewart, 17, of Malakoff, pled guilty to a plea on information for the State Jail felony offense of Burglary of Building. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years deferred adjudication probation, court costs, attorney fees, restitution, AA/NA, urinalysis, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with the victim, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, and attend Youthful Offender Program. * Randy Lee Brannon, 41, of Mabank, pled guilty to the second degree felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. He also pled guilty to the third degree felony offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon. These cases are to run concurrently. * Henry Lawrence Finch, 45, of Athens, pled true to 10 counts in the State's Motion to Proceed for the State Jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment at seven (7) years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, court costs, attorney fees, AA?NA, urinalysis, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with victim, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment, attend deviant sex counseling and follow all conditions related to Sex Offender caseload, $50 to Child Advocacy Center and register as a sex offender. * Gary Wayne Dafft, 44, of Chandler, pled guilty to the first-degree felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. The Court assessed punishment at thirty (30) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, court costs, attorney fees and considered indicted case. * Beverly Renee Conditt, 35, of Athens, pled no contest to the second-degree felony offense of Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student. The Court assessed punishment at five (5) years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, court costs, 300 hours community service, obtain GED, do not communicate with victim or victim's family, $50 to local Crime Stoppers, attend deviant sex counseling and follow all conditions related to the Sex Offender caseload, $50 to Child Advocacy Center, resign from teaching and relinquish teaching certificate and register as a sex offender while on probation. * Deric Larell Jackson, 31, of Malakoff, pled guilty to 2 State Jail felony offenses of Delivery of Controlled Substance. The Court assessed punishment in each one at twenty (20) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division, court costs, restitution, attorney fees and considered 2 misdemeanor cases. These cases are to run concurrently. * Patrick Dewayne Davis, 26, of Athens, pled guilty to the third degree felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance.
