~ Johnny Ray Green, Jr., B/ M, 25, from Dallas, Possession of Marijuana; Possession of a Controlled Substance.

~ Curtis Bedford Preston, W/M, 23, from Gun Barrel City, 2 counts of Failure to Stop and Render Aid.

~ Jose Jorge Camargo, W/ M, 36, from Athens, Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.

~ Virgil Penny, Jr., W/M, 36, from Eustace, Possession of a Controlled Substance.

~ Jacob Rodney Watt, W/M, 28, from Plano, Theft of a Firearm.

~ Julie Ann Rigsby, W/F, from Malakoff, Aggravated Robbery/Repeat.
