Henderson County 4-H Chili Bonanza & Auction

A 4-H chili bonanza and auction, sponsored by the Henderson County Adult Leaders and Parents Association will be held Saturday, November 3, 2007, at 6pm. It will be in the Henderson County Senior Citizens Building, Athens.

The event is being held to raise money for Henderson County ALPA & 4-H program needs, which are, equipment, show calf sponsorship, scholarship, and program enhancement.

The chili cook-off is open to all participants, but reservations need to be made by October 26th. (Chili judging will begin at 5 pm.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st place booth decorations; 1st place chili; and many more.

Dinner will be at 6pm (Free). The live auction and silent auction will begin at 6:30pm. Auctioneer will be Kenny Odom.
