A special thank you to Gaye Ray, Lorraine Grice, Annette and Ray Cunningham, Renee, Curtis, Guadalupe, Melissa Kidd, and Shelly Bearden and Carrie, for adopting a resident for Christmas. We have a total of 10 residents that remain to be adopted.

Also, if you would like to bring a male or female gift for any new admissions, please do so.

A special welcome to our newest volunteer, Carrie Turrentine. We are also needing someone who would like to come in on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month to call Bingo for thirty to forty minutes. If you are this special person, please give Gretta a call.

Attention all volunteers for the Chandler Nursing Center: the State Health Department now requires that we have criminal history checks on all volunteers. So, this means that we need to get your information at your next visit. Just stop at the front desk as you come in and talk with Gail Anderson.

A special thank you to Pastor Tommy Weems for assisting with getting guests to come in for church and Sunday school on Sundays. A special thank you to Missionary Ricky and Rev. Samuel for providing a service on the 4th.

We need your decorations (we will be decorating a rest area within the facility), for the Country Corner, along with your imagination. Please call if you are interested.

Any member of the United Methodist Church of Chandler that decorated "Patriotic Path," please give Gretta a call at 903- 849-2485.

Also, we are looking for the community of Chandler to join in our "Christmas Trees Around Chandler" project. You are invited to sponsor a Christmas tree, which you will provide, decorate and enter at $5.00. On December 28th, our panel of judges will choose the best tree for the season, and the winner will receive whatever money collected for this event.

You know the Red Hatters provided a wonderful fashion show, the Sunrise Shores Women's Club provided a wonderful party. So, now we are waiting for all of the other wonderful women's organizations to give me a call.
