Courtesy Photo The Brownsboro Intermediate School PTO held a Kid Rally and balloon launch last Tuesday afternoon from 11:00 to 1:30 p.m. Over 700 balloons were released from the school around 1:15 p.m. Inside each balloon was a piece of paper with the school's name and phone number as well as an identification number. Every child who purchased a balloon was given an identification number and the child whose balloon travels the farthest will win an MP3 player with the winner announced prior to Christmas. Funds raised from the sale of the balloons were used to purchase school Tshirts for every child who attends BIS.
