Running for a cause

Cade Smith, 8, of Chandler (pictured right) participated with his dad, Darin, in the Speedway 5K run at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, November 10. Cade finished the race 7th out of 28 contestants in the 12 and under division. He beat his father by 8 minutes at the TMS race and 5 minutes at the Thanksgiving Day TurkeyTrot in Tyler. The TurkeyTrot in Tyler benefited the Boys & Girls Clubs of East Texas.
