Happy holidays again! Well, it's just about Christmas, so we need to start thinking about our Christmas parties.

You know how some people, adults like children, get excited about their birthday party, so we need to get real excited about another one, and that is Jesus Christ's birthday.

I have a good friend, Carla Price and her son, Cash Price. He is four years old going on forty, "ha, ha." Real smart kid. They bake a cake each year for Jesus. What a wonderful way to teach a child about Jesus!

Those of you that have family members here, remember our Christmas dinner; it's for family members only. Bring only one gift from your family to the dinner party. Also, please bring a dessert of your choice. That is December 20th at 5:30 p.m.

There will be no family members present at the party on December 21st, at 2:00 p.m. It is our community party, where you as the community has adopted a resident. Please have your gift here early. Each one of you that adopted a resident should have received a sheet of paper that has their gifts listed on it. You can pick one gift off of the list or get everything.

If for some reason, you can't participate, please call Veverly Henderson or Gretta at 903-849-2485. We do not want anyone left out!
