Junior Varsity Bears

Improving to 6-3 on the season the Junior Varsity Bears won two of three games played last week.

Kyle Price scored a game high 23 points as the Bears rolled over Malakoff 57-19. Jon Jon Thompson also scored in double figures for the Bears with 12 points. Thompson had two 3-pointers while Price had one.

Martins Mill was next on the Bears list of teams to beat and Brownsboro took care of business winning 51-37. No player scored in double figures for the Bears but 11 total players scored at least two points in the 14 point win.

Demario Richard nailed two 3-point shots in the win over Martins Mill.

Playing in their final tournament game the Bears fell to Palestine by the score of 51- 44. Bret Ralson scored 14 points in the loss and James Cofer scored 10.

Brownsboro's final game of the Athens tournament was canceled.

The Bears will play at home against Edgewood on Tuesday, December 18.
