In regards to my letter in The Statesman last week it was never my intent to mislead anyone then nor has it ever been my intent. Although when I asked Mr. Moffeit before the Council who wrote the letter in the previous paper about me telling half truths he said he wrote the letter so anyone except a lawyer would think if he wrote the letter then he must have signed the letter. To make a long story short now the City Attorney has threatened to sue me if I continue to impugn the character and integrity of the Mayor and Moffeit. I guess this would prove that if you do not like the message then shoot the messenger.

What I believe is more important to the people of Chandler is why the Mayor did not tell us at the public hearing on trash that the school did not have to use Sanitation Solutions as the rest of Chandler has to use. I was thinking that maybe that was misleading.

Open letter to the Congress of the United States, the President of the United States and to the Attorney General of the United States:

I am so sick and tired of the tail wagging the dog here in this country, I could puke. All the problems are caused by our lawmakers who do not have the guts to stand up to the lawyers and lobbyists who are running the country.

I speak of our un-protected borders and to the patrols who "so call" protect them. We presently have two of these lawmen serving long sentences for shooting a drug peddler. This is all due to the fact that we need to be politically correct. Hey, let these guys go. I, Dwayne Garner shot this guy. I admit to it.

Then there are the charges pending against our military men for abusing some of the terrorists who are in prison. These terrorists are affiliated with a group of anti-Americans who take pride in beheading and hanging Americans they have murdered from bridges and taking great pride in their feat. Let these accused go. I also plead guilty to this "crime" of abusing them -- including using the water shed treatment.

Indict me for killing innocent civilians in the war zone. I'm sorry but no war has ever been won where civilians have not been killed.

I'm also responsible for going into Iraq and Afghanistan in response to these cowards who attacked our county, killing more than 2,000 Americans. I know this is not a politically correct thing to admit today because of all the bleeding hearts here in this country who think we can set on our butts and everything is going to be O.K. I served twenty years in the military and twenty in the criminal justice system and assure you, everything is not going to be O.K. if we do not use our military to protect us -- U.S.

Whatever happened to the Trumans, Pattons and MacArthurs of this country? Remember the Alamo, remember Pearl Harbor and for God's sake, remember 9-11! Unless we do, and do not take action against the tyrants who are hell-bent on destroying us -- we will be destroyed. Too much freedom is going to cost us the very freedom we cherish.

So whoever is responsible for arresting and prosecuting the individuals responsible for committing the "crimes" mentioned above, come and get me. I was raised a sharecropper, served twenty years in the military and twenty years as an adult probation officer.

I am now an old man and have visited the State and Federal pens and find them to be nicer than any nursing home I've visited, so I don't worry about being incarcerated.

This country has been good to me and I would gladly give my life for it.
