Darlene Marie Williford Services for Darlene Marie Sangalli Williford, 54, Chandler, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19 at Cooper Funeral Home, Athens, with Billy Gurley officiating. Burial was at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Texarkana. Mrs. Williford died Dec. 17, 2007, in Tyler. She was born Oct. 5, 1953, in Texarkana, Ark., to Joe and Cora Lillian Skinner Sangalli. She grew up in Texarkana and graduated from Texas High School. She lived in Dallas before moving to the Cedar Creek Lake area in the 1970s. She was employed with Aargon/Maxxim Medical for more than 20 years before retiring in 2006. She lived in Chandler before moving to Mabank. Survivors include her husband, Mark Williford, Chandler; children, Hank Wilson, Anna, Peyton Williford, Nashville, Tenn., and Whitney Morris, Dallas; mother, Cora Lillian Sangalli, Red Water; brothers, Joe Franklin Sangalli, Granbury, Raymond "Tony" Sangalli, Texarkana, Phillip Sangalli, Kentucky; sisters, Patricia Robinson, Bossier City, La., Judith Carol Copeland, Texarkana, Ark., Joyce Ruth Weber and Karen Meredith, both of Texarkana, Lisa Ford, Red Water; four grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Johnny White, Benny Westbrook, Lanny Pepper, Billy Thomas, Bo Robinson and Gus Weber. |
