Bearettes' Griffin closes in on career win 800
      If the Bearettes sweep the Bearette Doubleheader on December 28-29 against LaPoyner and Grace Community they will set the stage for an interesting night on Friday, January 4, 2008. On Friday, January 4 the Bearettes will open District 14-3A play against the Van Vandals in Brownsboro.

AP All-State
      Brownsboro Senior Ryan Epperson was named to the Class 3A AP All-State first team as a linebacker. Epperson totaled 168 tackles for the Bears while forcing and recovering three fumbles.

Subvarsity Bears sweep opponents
      Junior Varsity Kyle Price led the Junior Varsity Bears past Edgewood last Tuesday night as he scored 21 points in the Bears 47-42 win. After starting slow in the first half the Bears used a mix of strong defense and timely offense in the second half to send the game into overtime.
