Brittini channel Payne and Chance Combs The engagement of Brittni Channel Payne, and Chance Combs, both of Granbury, Texas is announced.

The bride-elect's parents are Jeff and Jodie Payne of Granbury and she is the granddaughter of Ernest and Carol Dornhoefer, Chandler. She graduated Granbury High School in 2003 and Oklahoma State University in 2007 with a B.S. in Psychology. She is employed by Keller-Williams Realty, Granbury and is Director of First Impressions.

The future groom's parents are Doug and Nancy Combs, Granbury. He is a 2002 graduate of Granbury High School and Angelo State University. He is employed by Excaliber Energy Services and is in the United States Air Force Reserves.

Their wedding date is set for October 11, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. at Harbor Lakes Golf Club, Granbury, Texas, with a reception immediately following the ceremony, also at Harbor Lakes Golf Club. All friends and relatives are invited.
