Welcome Newest Members: We'd like to welcome Howard and Shirley Walker, Chaise McFarlin, Lori, Landon and Logan Graham, and Cathy Williams as the newest members of the WLBC family.

"Slightly Bad Girls of The Bible" is an eight week Bible study for women, it will last 30 minutes per session and will be held of Tuesdays from 11:00 - 11:30 p.m. It will be facilitated by Carolyn Lance and is sponsored by the Women On Mission.

AWANA: WLBC will begin the AWANA program in October on Wednesday night's at 6 p.m.The program is open to the community.

Singin Saintz: The Singin Saintz Senior Adult Choir will resume Tueday, September 9, at 9:30 a.m. for fellowship and 10:00 a.m. for rehersal.

Foodbank: The Mission West lake Food Bank will operate Wednesday, September 3rd, from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

"You Can Stop Liking What You Don't Enjoy" was the title of Sunday's a.m.'s message from the "You Can...With God" series. The message discussed the ongoing battles that Christian's face between the struggles of the flesh and that of the spirit. Series titles include: "You Can Help People With Your Problems"; "You Can Be Helped By Hurtful Words"; "You Can Experience Rain During A Drought"; "You Can Hurry Up And Be Patient "; "You Can Make Your Marriage What It Will Never Be".
