This is the way Bearettes ball
Melissa Gaona Photo Brownsboro Varsity Bearette Naomi Scott dodges for the bump, refusing to give the Kemp Lady Jackets the point. The junior varsity and varsity Bearettes claimed their territory Tuesday, August 26, when they played the Kemp Lady Jackets.
JV Bearettes opened the game starting with Hailey Smith serving the ball. The Bearettes wasted no time putting points on the board! They accumulated 17 points by the time the second Bearette, Allison Palmer, got to serve. Ashleigh Alford brought the Bearettes home and they finished the first game win with (25,8).
After switching sides Hailey Smith opened it up again and the Bearettes put the pressure on, scoring an outstanding 16 points and allowing zero-zip for the Kemp Lady Jackets.
When Kemp finally got the ball, the Bearettes dominated again, leaving Kemp with nothing on the board.
Bryanna Delgado later closed the game (25,4), and the junior varsity Bearettes sent the Kemp Lady Jackets on their way.
Varisty began with Chelsea Chambers serving the ball and putting the Bearettes in the lead with (9,0).
They kept up their Agame, winning all three games; (25,10), (25,17) and (25-9).
