Earline Miller Harris
Services for Earline Miller Harris, 69, Murchison, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Opelika Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Thomas officiating.
Burial was in Red Hill Cemetery under direction of Carroll- Lehr Funeral Home, Athens.
Mrs. Harris died September 24, 2008 in Athens.
She was born October 7, 1938 in Henderson County to the late Earl and Maudine Cox Miller. She lived in Murchison most of her life and was a member of Opelika Baptist Church and Women's Missionary Auxiliary. She was a seamstress for Mr. Fine's and worked for Argon Medical for 12 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noble Harris, in 1992.
Survivors include a son, Kevin Scott Newbill, Athens; daughter, Lisa Newbill Lemons, Brownsboro; brothers, Kenneth Miller and Terry Miller, both of Brownsboro; sister, Geraldine Denton, Athens; and four grandchildren.
