A great Big thank you to Ms. Bobbie Tilley for bringing in the plants and also the flower vases.

Rev. Tommy Weems brought our residents Communion, assisted by Karin South of Compassionate Hospice Care. I even participated in the event myself.

A beautiful service; we are very grateful to Pastor Tommy Weems for being here for our residents.

A special thank you to Mr. Taylor; we found our canopy for the Pow Wow! Thank you to Missionary Ricky for hosting Bingo on the 4th, with our very own Veverly Henderson.

A Huge thank you to the members of Martin Springs Baptist Church for providing services on the 5th.

And a Big thank you to our very own Jean Dean for bringing in Bible study for our residents on the 5th also.

The Glad Timers were back on the 1st, bringing in a fantastic sing-along for our residents.

A special welcome and thank you to Angie Gallman, who is now planning to be an Activity professional, for being here as a volunteer. We appreciate her very much.

We still have 68 residents available for adoption.

If you are interested in adopting a resident for Christmas, please give Gretta a call at 903- 849-2485 or we will see you at the Pow Wow!

We are still in need of those size 8 ladies pants.

Please make your donations to the Social Service Dept., or ask for Gretta.

We are also still in need of a special person or group who would be willing to minister to our residents on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month in the afternoon, around 2:00 p.m. or even start as late as 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. and hold a 30-minute service.

If you are that special person, please do not wait, just give Gretta a call so that we can set you up for the 26th.

We are looking for those home-made cookies, you know, this being National Cookie Month!
