Edgewood Heritage Festival in the works

The annual Edgewood Heritage Festival is an all-day affair on Saturday, November 8, at the Heritage Park outdoor museum. There will be a vintage car show, CASI chili cook-off, a children's area, a quilt show, a sidewalk art sale, armadillo races and more. Admission is free.

Quilters Guild to meet

Quilters Guild of East Texas will meet Thursday, Oct. 9, at Pollard UMC. Morning meeting 10a.m. Evening meeting 7p.m., 3030 New Copeland Rd, Tyler. Guests Welcome.
